Return & Exchange Policy

All sales on skin care products are final after a 24-hours grace period. Items can be returned at full price. No return of any products will be accepted and no exchanges will be available 24-hours after point of sale without our written consent. Sweetie Naturals stands behind the quality of the products that it sells. Shipping Policy

All shipments will be shipped in an unmarked discrete package odorless and will contain no indication of the contents or origin of the parcel.

We assume no responsibility for lost/damaged orders due to:

• Wrong address given by the customer
• Expired PO BOX numbers
• Damage to order by postal service
• Stolen packages/contents during transit or after delivery
• Due to high-risk of theft, we will be unable to provide compensation for lost orders.
